Download your data in seconds

We're working hard to make sure you can get the data you need, when and how you need it. So we've been working on a newer, faster 'Reports' tool. And so far over 40% of the charities active on Virgin Money Giving are using the improved Reports tool and are benefiting from its upgraded features.

We’ll be replacing our legacy 'Old Reports' and all new updates and changes will be made to 'Reports' going forwards. It’s quicker, simpler and more user friendly. Plus it's easier to personalise the data you need.

You can download your data in seconds, in a simple excel or csv data format.

Can I still access 'old' reporting?

Yes - you will still be able to access the old reporting tool under ‘Reporting’ in the navigation bar, however we will be removing access to the old reports in September 2021. We’ll be here to make the transition as smooth and easy as possible for you.

What do I need to do?

If you're already using Reports, nothing for now, just sit back and relax.

If you're not using Reports yet, have a look around and familiarise yourself, or check over the old reports you currently use and see if you still need them.

You've got plenty of time and we'll be in touch over the next few months to bring you all the information on the latest feature updates and help you navigate Reports – don't worry, it's easy. And as always, our Help Desk and Account Managers will be on hand if you need further support.

In the meantime, why not check out How to create your own reports to get your new reports up and running.
